3. Bathrooms: All surfaces (toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, mirrors) should be cleaned and free of soap scum or any build-up. The toilet should be disinfected, and drains should be clear.

4. Floors: Vacuum or sweep all carpeted areas and hard floors. If necessary, mop hard floors.

5. Walls and Windows: Wipe down any marks on walls and clean windows (inside and out) and window sills.

6. Carpets: If the property has carpets, a professional carpet clean may be required if specified in the tenancy agreement or if they were professionally cleaned before the tenancy started.

7. Rubbish: Ensure that all rubbish is removed from the property, both inside and outside.
